You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You hereby authorize Learn Film Online to bill your payment instrument in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan until you terminate your account, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred. If you dispute any charges you must let Learn Film Online know within sixty (60) days after the date that Learn Film Online charges you. We reserve the right to change Learn Film Online’s prices. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

LEARN FILM ONLINE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability
